A wine vacation like no other! Be greeted by the host winery owners and staff, enjoy wine and appies, then join them for a catered wine paired dinner. The next day your hosts will provide you with a fun, hands on wine bottling experience including lunch in the vineyard. End the day with a gourmet country BBQ and live entertainment.
Over the course of your stay, enjoy more wine paired dinners, vineyard lunches, an Okanagan wine tour, a cooking class, a visit to My Chocolate Crush and make your own chocolates, a visit a cheesery/winery, a visit to Summerland Sweets, which produces jams, syrups, other goodies from local orchards and vineyards.
This is an all-inclusive package including all transportation, meals (except on your free day) and 5 nights in a luxury one bedroom lake view suite at the Summerland Waterfront Resort hotel. High end wine and dine events and unique experiences that will provide a lasting memory. You will have one whole day on your own where you can lounge around the pool or on the beach, bike, hike or head out and explore Summerland and Penticton.

‘Grape andSpillage’ “In this session our guests will attend a one day experience in the
art of disgorging and adding the Liquoer de Tirage to bottles of ‘Champagne’
made in the traditional method.
Up to ten team members will be part of the assembly line, each person having a
distinctive job as part of the team. Much laughter, spillage of wine and consumption of bubbly will take place with a vineyard lunch including wine, a certificate of achievement and a bottle of personalized bubbly to take away with you.”
